Mission Statement

The purpose of The Melonhead Foundation’s Camp Wannahealyah is to provide a positive natural healing experience for pediatric cancer patients and their families, free of charge.

The setting of Camp Wannahealyah will be a home environment providing natural healing modalities, camp-like activities, nutritional programs and instructional techniques for children 21 years of age or younger experiencing cancer and at least one adult family member/guardian.

Camp Wannahealyah is designed to allow pediatric cancer patients and their families an opportunity to experience natural and integrative healing practices focusing on body, mind and spirit to achieve peace, harmony and balance in their lives.
